Welcome to Traders Guild. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Who We Are
Traders Guild ("we", "us", "our") provides a social trading community platform that lets you discuss markets, share ideas, follow other traders, and view market data. Traders Guild is operated by an independent developer, not a registered company.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or meet the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, to use Traders Guild. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- If you use Google Sign-In, Google authenticates your Google account and Traders Guild validates the resulting identity token; Traders Guild does not receive your Google password.
- You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
- Notify us immediately at support@tradersguild.co if you believe your account has been compromised.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Not Financial Advice
Traders Guild is a community and information platform. It does not execute trades, hold funds, provide a wallet, or connect to brokerage accounts. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
- Market data, charts, signals, and user-generated posts are provided for information only.
- Past performance is not indicative of future results.
- Trading and investing carry substantial risk, including the risk of losing more than your initial capital. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
- Always consult a licensed financial professional before making investment decisions.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you post (text, images, ideas, comments). By posting on Traders Guild, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content within the platform for the purpose of operating the service.
You agree not to post content that is:
- Unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, or designed to manipulate markets.
- Defamatory, harassing, hateful, or threatening.
- Infringing on someone else's intellectual property.
- Spam, scams, "pump and dump" schemes, or unsolicited promotion.
- Sexually explicit, or harmful to minors.
We may remove content or restrict accounts that breach these rules. See the in-app Community Guidelines for more detail.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to break any law.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the app.
- Interfere with the operation of the service or other users' enjoyment of it.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
- Use bots, automated scripts, or fake engagement.
7. Market Data
Market data shown in the app is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee accuracy, timeliness, or availability and accept no liability for trading or investment decisions made based on this data.
8. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Traders Guild does not currently sell subscriptions or paid digital features through the app. If paid features are offered in a future version, the applicable store checkout, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown before purchase and will comply with that store's billing rules.
9. Termination
You may stop using Traders Guild at any time and may delete your account from within the app (Settings → Delete Account). You may also request deletion through our account deletion page.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk for other users, or if we discontinue the service.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traders Guild and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of the service.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
